Story

Built for Singapore release cadences, not generic slide decks

Excelmegonflux Academy began as a weekend guild for testers tired of brittle suites. We kept the small-class format even as corporate tables joined, because triage practice collapses when thirty people share one mentor. Today we still cap tables, rotate mentors from active delivery roles, and refresh labs whenever Playwright, Cypress, or contract tooling shifts materially.

Principles we argue about on purpose

Evidence over theatre

Every demo must show traces, logs, or diffs—not vibes.

Queues that respect people

Synthetic data keeps exercises honest without borrowing customer stories.

Stillness in the schedule

Buffers between labs exist so you can actually refactor, not just attend.
