These General Terms govern access to Excelmegonflux Academy websites, course information, and enquiry flows hosted at excelmegonflux.pro. By using the site you agree to this framework; if you do not agree, discontinue use and contact us to delete any enquiry data you submitted.
Course outlines, schedules, and mentor assignments may change to reflect tool updates or cohort feedback. We publish substantive changes on the relevant course page and adjust the “last updated” metadata where applicable. Fees shown remain informational until a formal invoice is issued.
You agree to attend sessions punctually, follow lab safety instructions, and use provided sandboxes ethically. Sharing credentials, attempting to access other cohort data, or introducing malware is prohibited and may result in removal without refund except where consumer laws require otherwise.
Workbooks, labs, and facilitation scripts remain our property or our licensors’ property. You receive a limited licence to use materials for personal learning during enrolment. Redistribution, resale, or uploading materials to public repositories is not permitted without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from site use or training participation. Direct damages are capped at the fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim within the twelve months preceding the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution with our programmes desk for at least twenty-one days.
We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or breaches of these terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Specific enrolment cancellations follow the Money-Back Policy once a purchase exists.
We may update these General Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Material updates will be noted at the top of this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
