Where the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and related regulations grant a cooling-off period for applicable distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen calendar days of purchase without giving a reason, provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent of digital materials if such materials were unlocked early.
Refunds apply to tuition paid directly to Excelmegonflux Academy for listed cohorts. Third-party marketplaces or employer-sponsored invoices follow the purchaser’s policy. Application fees, if any, are non-refundable once processing begins.
If you withdraw after the cooling-off window but before the midpoint of scheduled live sessions, you may request a fifty percent credit toward a future cohort within six months. Cash refunds after the midpoint are generally unavailable except for documented medical leave or our cancellation of the cohort.
Hardware deposits, bespoke corporate tailoring beyond included hours, and certification exam vouchers purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once ordered from suppliers.
Email hello@excelmegonflux.pro with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and decide within fourteen business days unless banks require longer reconciliation.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within five to ten business days depending on issuers. PayNow or bank transfers may require you to confirm account details securely.
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Force majeure events may delay starts; in those cases we offer rescheduling first. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory rights that cannot be contractually waived.
