Categories of data
We may process identity data (name), contact data (email, phone), organisation details you volunteer, technical logs (IP address, browser type), cookie identifiers, and enquiry messages. Special category data is not actively solicited; please do not include health data in web forms.
Purposes and lawful bases
Data is used to respond to enquiries, administer cohorts, improve site reliability, and meet accounting obligations. Lawful bases include consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), contractual necessity (enrolment), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics where permitted).
Retention
Enquiry records are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes or tax records. Course progress artefacts follow the retention schedule in your student agreement. Logs rotate automatically after ninety days unless security investigations require longer holds.
Third-party processors
We use hosting, email delivery, and analytics subprocessors bound by written agreements. A current list is available on request. Subprocessors may change; substantive changes are announced via site notice or email where we hold an address.
International transfers
Where data leaves Singapore, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications. You may request further information about specific transfers relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA and other applicable laws, you may request access, correction, or deletion where retention is not legally required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing, though this may limit certain features. Complaints may be filed with the Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore.
Security measures
We implement access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege administration. No method is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords for student portals and report suspected incidents promptly.
Children’s privacy
Programmes target adult learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children under thirteen without parental authority. If you believe we have collected such data inadvertently, contact us for deletion.
Policy updates
We revise this Data Protection notice when practices change. Continued use after updates constitutes acknowledgement unless a change requires fresh consent, in which case we will seek it explicitly.
