Do you teach manual testing?
Manual exploration is referenced, but modules focus on automation engineering, telemetry, and release evidence. Pure manual paths are not a fit.
Can I attend remotely?
Several cohorts are hybrid; device-heavy labs require onsite presence. Each course page lists the attendance pattern honestly.
Will you access my employer’s production system?
No. We operate sandboxes only. If your employer sponsors work, they provision access—we do not request production credentials.
Fees and procurement
Are website prices final?
No. They are informational until an invoice is issued. Currency is SGD unless a written exception exists.
Do you offer instalments?
Some cohorts allow two-invoice schedules; totals are disclosed upfront with no hidden “processing” add-ons.
What is explicitly not included?
Certification exam vouchers, bespoke hardware, and on-call pager coverage for your production systems are excluded unless contracted separately.
Experience
How large are classes?
We vary caps by lab; when numbers grow, we add mentors instead of stretching one facilitator across thirty people.
What if I disagree with a mentor critique?
We expect professional pushback—bring evidence. Mentors may still fail a submission if risk remains unresolved.
Can I resell your labs?
No. Workbooks and facilitation scripts are licensed for personal learning during enrolment.
Limitations we disclose
Do you promise hiring outcomes?
We do not promise employment. Career coaches help with portfolio evidence and interview practice, but hiring decisions sit with employers.
